Join us in Uluwatu, Bali for a 7-day retreat blending yoga, surf, and deep inner work. Each day offers space to move, breathe, and reflect from energizing morning practices to soulful evening circles by the beach. Guided by experienced facilitators, this retreat is your invitation to slow down, reconnect, and return home to yourself.
All our retreats take place in Uluwatu, Bali—on the southern cliffs of the island, where the ocean meets raw jungle and endless skies. The retreat center is peaceful, nature-immersed, and just a short ride away from surf beaches and local cafés.
Is Uluwatu safe for solo travelers?
Definitely. Uluwatu is one of the safest and chillest areas in Bali. Many of our guests travel alone and feel totally at ease here.
What’s the weather like during the retreat?
Expect warm, tropical weather between 26–30°C, with ocean breeze and sunny days—except during wet season, of course.
Do I need a visa to travel to Bali?
Most nationalities get visa-free entry for up to 30 days or can get a visa on arrival. Still, double-check with your local embassy before booking.
How do I get to the retreat center?
Book your flight to Denpasar Airport (DPS). From there, our team will handle your transfer to Uluwatu.
Are there shops or cafés nearby?
Yep. Uluwatu has plenty of beach cafés, smoothie bars, and local spots within a short scooter or Grab ride.
Will I have Wi-Fi access during the retreat?
Wi-Fi is available in some common areas, but we encourage you to unplug. Bali's magic isn’t found on your screen.
What’s the area around the retreat like?
Uluwatu is a mix of untouched nature and laid-back surf town. You’ll hear birds at sunrise, waves in the distance, and maybe a scooter or two. Expect cliffs, coconut trees, and sunsets you’ll remember.
I have no yoga experience. Can I join?
Absolutely. Many of our guests are total beginners. Our instructors guide you through every step with care and zero judgment.
What’s a typical day like at the retreat?
A mix of movement, nourishment, nature, and rest. Mornings usually start with yoga, followed by breakfast, surf or workshops, downtime, and group gatherings in the evening.
Is surfing part of the retreat?
Yes. Surf is a core part of the experience. Our surf sessions are designed for all levels, with mellow waves and amazing coaches.
What if I’ve never surfed before?
No problem at all. Most of our guests are first-timers. You’ll learn in a safe, supportive, and seriously fun environment.
How many surf sessions are included?
Typically 4 to 5 surf sessions per retreat, depending on ocean conditions and tides. We adapt the schedule to balance energy and rest.
Do I need to bring my own surfboard or gear?
Nope, all equipment is provided. Just bring your swimwear and your curiosity.
Do I have to join every activity?
Not at all. Everything is optional. This is your time—do what feels right for you.
Will there be a retreat schedule I can follow?
Yep. We’ll share the full itinerary before you arrive. Think of it as a guide, not a rulebook. You’ll always know what’s happening, but you won’t be rushing to a whistle.
Can I come solo?
100%. In fact, most guests do. You’ll meet great people and likely leave with new friends for life.
Will I share a room or can I book solo accommodation?
You can choose. We offer solo, double, and group room options depending on your preference.
What’s the food like at the retreat?
Plant-focused, nourishing, and locally sourced. Think colorful plates, energizing smoothies, and proper coffee when you need it.
Can you accommodate dietary restrictions?
Yes. Vegan, gluten-free, dairy-free—we’ve got you. Just let us know before you arrive. Before the retreat, you’ll receive a short form to share any food allergies, medical conditions, or preferences. That way, we can make sure you’re fully supported during your stay.
How many people are in each retreat?
Group sizes range from 10 to 18 people. Small enough to feel intimate, big enough to vibe.
Will I have free time to explore or rest?
Definitely. This isn’t a retreat that books every second of your day. You’ll have space to be with yourself, the beach, or a coconut.
Can I extend my trip before or after the retreat?
Of course. Many guests stay longer in Bali. We can even recommend places to stay in Uluwatu if you want to chill post-retreat.
What is the price of the retreat?
Prices vary depending on the retreat dates and your room type (solo, double, or group).
